Elsa

Elsa, from the movie Frozen. I've absolutely fallen in love with it - if you haven't seen it yet, you should definitely plan to do so. Elsa's my favorite I think, and I love the song Let It Go. I've hopped on the Frozen bandwagon it seems, haha.
